Physics question,please help!!!><?

The force that accelerates a car along a flat road is the frictional force between the car’s drive wheels and the road.

Explain why the car’s acceleration can be greater when the wheels do not “spin out” (go faster than the car)

更新:

(b) If the car is to accelerate form 0 to 90 km/h in 12 s at constant acceleration, what is the minimum coefficient of friction needed between the road and the tires? (Assume 60% of the car’s weight is on the drive wheels)
