since you will take annual leave next week, you both agreed that the meeting will be held on august 1 2:30 pm after you return to work, you will take up the role of the coordinator between your team and the maintenance team, you have already booked room 201 for the meeting and are writing to inform mr chan of the details of the meeting, you ask mr chan to give you a list of the agenda items from his department to be discussed in the meeting
