    1. What are the two transport systems in human?

Perhaps it refers to the systems of physical reaction and movement of tissues and organs of human being. The autonomic nervous system (自主神經系統)is part of the central nervous system(中樞 神經系統)which supplies the internal organs. It is divided into two parts :the sympathetic交感( the voluntary nervous system隨意神經系統) and the parasympathetic nervous system副交感神經系統( the involuntary nervous system不隨意神經系統). The former regulates tissues(協調或管理組織) under voluntary control(隨意控制), while the latter not under voluntary control(不隨意控制),such as the glands, the heart, and the smooth muscles.

    2. Must oxygen and carbon dioxide be aqueous form when they diffuse across cell membrane?

No, the oxygen is picked up by Haemoglobin(紅血球素the colouring matter of red blood cells紅血球細胞 its molecule分子 contains a protein part 蛋白質部份joined with an iron-containing pigment含鐵色素) in the lungs, holds it loosely, carries it in arterial blood, and deivers it as a fuel to cells. In exchange, the blood plasma(血漿) picks up carbon dioxide which cells must get rid of and carries it to the lungs where it is exhaled(被呼出), while a fresh load of oxygen is taken on. Iron is the key element(元素) of this remarkable gas-transporting molecule but the protein part is vital too; not all kinds of anaemias(貧血) benefited by merely taking iron.
