renovation of flat
had paid the first 40% deposit on May 16 and nothing done but only unfinished wardrobes, while pipes and electricity............... not done.... tried with all our patience until end Oct, cant hold back anymore.... decided to cut this off, thank God that we cud get a new contractor to take over, but we wud have to pay a lot more for those done by that old contractor (alias PW) is not usable to the new contractor (alias SG), but we decided painfully to bear this loss than to wait infinitely.
When we had decided to change, the PW asked us for money, claiming that he had done more than the 40%, while everyone cud see that was totally b,s, , we reported to police for PW was threatening us, threatening SG , forbidding him to work on site. The lawyer adv to report police and wait for PW to sue us legally, which obviously did not happen, for PW knows how bad he had broken the contract, thus he is now trying to use the dirty way, harassing us and the new crew working on site. Had asked the estate management to forbid these rascals to trespass, they had evaded the security twice and threatened those working in site, staying over 45 min............ had again reinforced our instruction to management office to call police if they broke into the site again. what can we do other than calling police? we are ready for him harming us, still we wud hold on to our faith that JUSTICE prevails, we wud rather spend all on legal papers than to pay this rascal, for he had caused us too much damages and harm, mentally over the last 150 days.....
Pls help us!!!

You need a lawyer.
1. For an injunction against PW from the premise - surprising, the police does not really have the authority to arrest PW if he voluntary removes himself when he trespass. However, with a court issued injunction, the police will have the authority to arrest on scene.
2. For the damage caused by PW
