at once 是 「立刻」， 反義詞是 「不是立刻」，也就是 later 「以後」、「稍後」
I want you to do it at once.
I want you to do it later.

yesterday 不是 at once 的 antonym，只是 different time。
never 可能比較好一點，不過 never 是全體否定，強調的是否定。
版主要的是一個反義詞 antonym，不是要否定動作，否則用 not at once 就好了呀！ 像 They were told not to leave the building at once.、I don't want you to make up your mind at once. 就好了嘛。但這都是否定，不算反義詞。

我想你說的有道理。 eventually 在跟 at once, immediately 相對比下，是反義詞。在這意思上，我想 afterward 或 afterwards 也是反義詞。

Sometimes, depending upon the context, it can also use
never or eventually
as its antonyms

They were told to leave the building AT ONCE.
They were told NEVER to leave the building.
After all, the point is to leave or not to leave. Therefore, using "later" MIGHT not create the opposite meaning in this case.

Master LionEnglish, I don't mean "later" is NOT an antonym to "at once". My point is this kind of conceptual phrase really has NO definite answer. If "later" is acceptable, then "eventually" is also correct. They are ALL not at that instant of time.

Yes, I agree! To me, it is a conceptual phrase, so it is really situation or context dependent. It is not like some words with clear cut meaning, then its antonym is very clear, like comfort vs discomfort.

For a person, "at once" might be seconds later, but others might be minutes later. I mean, it has a time range difference for people, so what is better antonym for "at once". Hence, to me, afterward, afterwards, later, eventually, never, ... can all fit for antonyms.

Not now, but could it be yesterday?
I don't want you do it at once - I want you do it yesterday.
