請幫忙用鬼佬式英語翻譯以下文章, 大大感謝我想在此讚揚ucc cafe內的一位員工, 其實已經係九月中的事, 之前一直無時間坐低慢慢寫,希望而家亦不會太遲.那次我和兩個小女兒和八十多歲行動不便的媽媽在貴餐廳內用餐, 剛入餐廳時,在門口招待的小姐已很禮貌, 站在訂檯處的jenny主動扶著老人家,因為我帶著兩個小孩,jenny更提醒phyllis幫我們提取手上的袋及購買的玩具. 實在令我很驚喜.之後坐下進餐到一半的時候, 我突然發現身上的白恤衫於胸口下方的位置沾上了一些紅色的蕃茄醬汁... 我的天吖... 我們根本沒點過這類食物,怎麼會沾上的呢..?!原來是餐檯的內則沒有抹乾淨, 我立即跟附近的侍應反映, 雖然他們很快地攞了些紙巾給我, 但染上了紅色的恤衫根本擦不掉, 我當時也頗生氣及不開心, 因為這件恤衫其實是自己很喜歡及有紀念價值的一件衣服。 侍應見狀便立即走去同jenny報告, jenny亦第一時間過來理解了情況, 她很快速地進了廚房拿了一碗放了檸檬的梳打水出來, 輕輕的用紙巾幫我印在污漬的位置,很神奇地, 蕃茄汁開始慢慢褪色了. 雖然不是完全地抹掉但效果也算十分理想，Jenny向我致歉, 說會提醒員工清潔餐檯時要同時留意內則的部份, 本來我也頗不滿的, 但最後被她認真及誠肯的態度打動, 再加上她甜美的笑容, 真的生氣也氣不下了.這是我第一次到貴公司, 很多時候出外消費, 付錢消費之餘還要受氣,看服務員的臉色, 但在此我能感受到貴公司的服務忠指還有jenny以心待客的服務態度, 無時無刻也會在臉上掛著笑容, 處理投訴也不是馬乎了事, 她絕對是值得被肯定的員工. 請代表本人將此讚賞轉交給Jenny, 還有我的小女兒kathy希望下次再來用餐時能再見到她

A letter of commendation.
This happened in the middle of September last year. I was with my two daughters and my ninety years old mother when we dined at your restaurant. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist at the door. As we entered, your manager Jenny helped my mother to walk to our table since she did not walk very well. She also asked her colleague Phyllis to help us with our packages which we gathered from shopping. I remember I was very impressed by their hospitality.
It was in the middle of our meal that I discovered there was some fresh ketchup stain on my white shirt. I was surprised because we did not order any food with ketchup. Very soon I found out that the stain came from some spill over of ketchup from the previous customer on the table that was not properly cleaned. I told the waiter about it. They gave us some napkin but I was unable to remove the stain. As soon as Jenny knew, she came with a bowl of soda water with lemon. She gently padded the stain with napkins soaked with the liquid and the stain gradually faded away. It was not totally removed but acceptable. She apologized to us and assure me she would inform her staff to clean the tables thoroughly after each patronage. At first I was rather upset but very soon I was at peace because of her sincere attitude, warm smile and comforting words. She is definitely a worker worthy for commendation. This is why I write this letter and please forward this thank you letter to her. My little daughter Kathy would also like to see her next time we visit the restaurant.
