An informal letter of advice
Imagine you are Mary.Jacky has sent you an email.
Thanks for your advice.I did play the order boy again, and this time I beat him.I made sure I was gracious when I shook his hand at the end of the game, but insde I was jumping for joy!
My victory certainly impressed my coach. He's made me captain od the school tennis team for a forthcoming competition.
The problem is,he wants me to deliver a speech to the rest of the team about the imfortance of sportmanship.I'm not sure what to say and I'm really nervous.Do you think I should use personal examples of what happened to me the last time I played against the older boy?
Plus,I'm not even convinced that acting in a sporting way is the right thing to do.What if,by acting in a sporting manner, you lose a game or a match? After all, sport is all about ainning, isn't it?Otherwise, what's the point od playing?
Also,I seem to read about more and more sportspeople taking drugs to help their performance. This seems unfair. If one person is taking drugs, shouldn't we all be able to us drugs? How can we be sure that everyone is competing fairly?
Sorry to bother you again, but I'm really worried about this.
You have read the email and want to give Jacky some advice. Now write a letter to Jacky in about 200 words.

Give you some rough ideas for I cannot do a HW for you. This is not permitted by Yahoo knowledge.
Mary should tell Jacky the following, in order:
1) Bless his appointment as the captain of tennis team. 2) Explain the importance of sportsmanship in Sports, which is the ultimate goal delivered in all worldwide, large-scaled competitions. No one should take advantage of others during the game, no matter it is intentional or not.
3) Inform Jacky that winning a competition is definitely essential, but should not achieve at the expense of sacrifacing sportsmanship. It is not valuable in a victory losing tolerance, humble, etc. He cannot gain supports even he has won the game. In truth, he is the final loser of the game.
4) The atheletes who take drugs and caught would cost their future: A lengthy suspension, followed by the dismissal of national team, lost of public support, lost of income / sponsorship, etc. No one should rely on short-term benefit which can totally eliminate their sports career.
5) Use the natural wordings to convince Jacky and let him know you always stand on his side to consider and to comment.
Hope I can help you.資料來源： Mathematics Teacher Mr. Ip
