Depend if your Internship is counted toward "Professional Year" or not.
Some internship is counted toward Professisonal Year, that mean it counted as 1 year full timestudy in Germany. That mean you do not have restriction on working, cos it is the same as you studying.(Usually this is offered to Medical Doctor, Accountant and Laywer course)
If your work is "Practical" in nature, then you can only work 20 or 25 hours weekly as per your visa condition. THis is usually a paid job and you need "Practical" hour to graduate, usually happens in hospitiality industry related course
