    Finally, I would propose the reward/bonus system in order to raise the quality of employees and stimulate the potential of their working ability. Any staff member who can sucessfully get the existing customers, who have cleared the payments, to have approval through the phone calling promotion, is eligible for the reward/bonus. (The clearing payment period must be one year or above.) This will help to understand well the employee's performance and ability, that will be also one of the standard requirements as the evaluation at the end of the year.
