我係forwarder 公司裡面做架 , 我想問咩叫 sales lead ??

the expression means creating an opportunity with a view of closing a deal/sales.

so for example, sales people will call customers, warm up the relationship, identify customers needs, discuss appropriate solutions/products with customers...............(we call this process creating sales lead)

When a customer is interested, you already made a sales lead so when there are new solutions, products available, you can approach the customer again.
