This is about painting procedure, you should read the menu [instruction of processes]
e.g.
1. received surface treatment
1. thickness of dryed film [requried]
2. how many coats to covered [ usually 1 primer coat + 2 finishing coats ]
painting on steel works; wall finishes; wood surfaces etc etc

Timing is very important, as refer to menus instructions2-4 hours await for drying duration per each coat , you can feel it with finger [touch-dry]
