    一般大學business 畢業生都唔願意做 personal selling job, 點解?

    原因其實有幾個,最主要是大部份此類工均需要揾客户,差不多剛畢業的人際關係網絡不強。其二是需要personal selling 的,主要是一些銷售技巧,很多時不用business畢業的也可勝任,business畢業生難免覺得學非所用。最後,一般personal selling 的工,都是依賴不斷揾客,一般而言很難令人覺得有長遠的事業發展。

    其實personal selling 對一間公司有幾重要同有咩影響?

    視乎產品而定,一般銀碼較大而需要推介/解釋的個人產品,均需personal selling (如汽車、住宅、保險、投資等)

    有冇方法可以persuade 大學畢業生做 personal selling job?

    其實最重要的是公司的支持,由產品認識、佣金制度、制定明確的career path、後勤支緩等,只要公司在各面都照顧到大學畢業生的需要,要請到合適的大學business 畢業生一點不難。主要難請人的,是大部份公司均非常短視,並無照顧大學business 畢業生的實際需要,只單純要做到短期目標,致令全部都失望。

    You can persuade the BBA students that the commission is higher. Also, becaus e their eng. talking is good and that they are BBA students, they have more kwoledge

    their words are more convincing. They can also gain more experience of commuinicating to people and undersand their feedback about the products. So this will be good for them when they need to write reports about cusomers and the product when they promote to management level --as they understand the custoermers more as personal sellers.
