但我就諗鋼琴伴奏其實算吾算PART TIME, 等於請個老師夾琴甘.........如果係請老師,,一定要PAY $$啦~~~~~~

Out of courtesy and appreciation, I think it would be nice to pay your friend for his time and effort in helping you out. I think you may need him to be with you to help you out on some practice sessions and also be with you when you take the exam. He may also feel happy as well because it is not just the money you pay him but the kind and considerate thoughts you show. Perhaps, you might want to ask him how much will be a suitable amount in order to cover some of his time and transportation.
My friend who 伴奏鋼琴 charges around $150-$280 for lower grade violin exams each time, for your information.
Good luck on your exam.

If your good friend is new in piano accompaniment, then this is a good chance for him to practice as an accompanist. He should not ask for anything because this is the best he would get from helping a friend.
You could always pay the transportation for him instead. Or you could buy him a meal later as a token of appreciation.
If you guys work out well, you may want to work together again in the future since you still have a long way to go with your violin study.
Above all, the best is still ask you good friend if it is alright with him (any of the above ideas).
All the best in your violin exam.
