    海帶綠豆沙

    海帶二兩

    綠豆一斤

    砂糖六兩

    花奶適量

    陳皮二塊

    水四斤

    4 冰糖 230 g

    5 水 2.5 L

    (做法)

    1 海帶用水浸半小時,隔去水份後切成小塊

    2 綠豆和果皮洗淨,將綠豆、海帶和果皮放在鍋中用慢火煮沸,加入冰糖,並不時要攪動, 以免黏鍋底,煮至綠豆軟身即成。
