    1、飲食要注意,尤其是假期三餐準時定量,不要暴飲暴食。

    2、加強體育鍛煉,如果不想去健身房你可以選擇:

    1)球類運動

    2)游泳

    3)跑步,跑步一般選擇太陽升起以後最好,根據自身情況,訂立計畫一般的可以每天早晨游泳或者可以練一下俯臥撐,仰臥起坐,蹲立起等都可以如果你時間充裕,建議你上午跑步,下午打球,晚上做幾組俯臥撐、仰臥起坐;

    跑步、打球可以每天堅持,仰臥起坐、俯臥撐、蹲立起可以每週練4次,具體可以根據自身疲勞度進行。

    只要堅持每天抽出一點時間來訓練,你的精力會更充沛,無論學習或工作效率會更好。

    First of all, enough and appropriate sleeping. Enough sleeping means - with at least 7-8 hours per day. Appropriate sleeping means - sleep at night around 11 to 12 pm as human have biological clock and we needs good sleeping environment.

    Second, eat nutrition food - enough vegetable and fruit, less eating junk food. We will then be more healthy and so looking nice and smart.

    Third, doing a little bit exercise in the morning and take a shower before going out. You will feel so refresh for the whole day.

    Do somethings that you are enjoy. e.g. having high tea in the afternoon; walking along the beach ... OR doing somethings earnestly (認真) so that you will be so concentrate on something that you will not be feeling tired. People always said that -- someone looks so smart when doing things earnestly. I agreed.

    A cup of morning coffee or tea is so refresh. (But don;t drink too much in the whole day)

  • 1. 上堂前唔好做太多劇烈運動,比如打波,以至自己過份興奮,之後一靜,就會想睡。

    2. 避免上堂時聽唔明老師的講課,以至感覺到悶,從而令到「周公」call你,你可以提前溫習書上內容,當上堂時,就可以更了解內容,引發自己對科目的興趣,就可以更專心啦!

    3. 本身會否有「血糖過低」的毛病﹖如果有,可以上堂前放一粒糖在口中,幫助大腦充電,就可以減低疲累的感覺了。

    4. 寫筆記可以令自己更習中精神,亦可以加強你對課本內容的認識,是一個十分好的方法。

    5. 課室內空氣不流通,容易令人疲累,若班上的同學、老師贊成,可以開門、開窗,有足夠新鮮空氣,大腦運作才會正常,才會有精神上堂的。

    6. 長期保持同一姿態,亦會因此容易發呆、想睡,若可以動一動自己的身體,搖搖手、轉轉頸部,可以提醒自己,令自己無咁累的。
