    We have placed an order with your company last year (provide date to them if possible) on the product abc with xxxx pieces at (price) [reference/order # xxxxx], but due to your extensive delay on delivery, we hereby inform you to cancel the captioned order with immediate effect.

    As for the payment (amount) we have already made on (date), please kindly take it as the deposit for our upcoming order and use it for write off.

    My company placed an order for abc ,but due to the date of delivery delayed too long.

    Now, please help us to cancel them , the money we paid , it will for the order we indent next time . Thank !!
