1. Recruitment and selection include
1.1 Putting the right people on the right job
1.2 Providing opportunities for career advancement, i.e. promoting outstanding employees within the company
2. Compensation and benefits include
2.1 Paying adequate salary to attract and retain quality staff
2.2 Ensuring the pay and benefits package of the company is internally equitable and externally competitive
2.3 Ensuring a vigorous performance management system is in place so that every employee is clear and has received feedback about his/her performance to-date
3. Training and development include

4. Employee relations include
