is this sentence correct?? why??

    The statement should be false.

    The mobile(free) electrons in a giant metallic structure COME FROM the metal atom. Where a giant metallic structure consists of metal ions and delocalized electrons, which means IONS and DELOCALIZED ELECTRONS can be found in a piece of metal.

    this sentence is wrong.

    free electrons means the movement of electrons.

    and the electrons are BELONG to an atom.

    you should write: There are free electrons around an atom.
