Undeniably, Mozart is of course one of the most talented composers in every time, but I think it is not fair to compare Mozart with Beethoven. Every composers have their own style. Mozart's music is simple but delicate, creative.... On the other hand, Beethoven's works are very deep, artistic, formal, great....

They are actually in 2 different styles, and their acheivements are both great. So I think they are equally talented.

Mozart(1756-1991) composed his first song at the age of 4. His compositions are full of delicate, simple style which used the basics of major and minor keys and chords, especially using the I, IV and the V chords. He use the diminished or the dominant 7th chords in his compositions occasionally. Some scientist also suggest that Mozart's music can make people feel more calm as well! In 1787 young Beethoven traveled to Vienna for the first time, where he may have met and played for Mozart. Mozart also had predicted that Beethoven would become a great musician in future at that time.

The compositions of Beethoven(1770-1827) not only has major and minor keys and chords but also has some more complicated chords like the 7th or 9th chords. So he is said to be a Classical through Romantic composer. Much more virtuoso and difficult passages appeared in his compostions. Some more developments and chromatic modulations appeared in his compositions. Some of his compositions are very expressive, passionate and full of deep and romantic style.

It is hard to compare them who is more talent as each of them has different style and their music is still affecting many persons nowadays.
