Kwun Tong is suitable for living of course, but it needs repairment. The Living Standard is really poor, and the condition is totally horrible. But because Kwun Tong is a historical place. It shows people living in old days. So, although the government wants to repair it, some people argue that they want to keep this place because of its old history.
