急問Romeo and Juliet兩條問題
1 .who do you think should be responsible for romeo and juliet's death?
2.what are the main problems that romeo and juliet face in the story?how can they solvethe problem? If you were one of the characters(the prince, the friar, lord capulet, ect)
how would you advise them?
1. I don't think there should be any single person who should be responsible for their death, instead, the whole concept of hatred and the narrow minded atmosphere killed them.
2. The main problem is that they couldn't find a way to keep their love for each other and to their family at the same time. In order to solve this problem, I think there could be two ways:
i) They can try to talk to both families openly, let them know it's not wise to limitless broaden and extend the hatred within the two families. (which will be VERY unlikely to success)
ii) Keep the love deep in their hearts, and to carry on with their lives like the old saying "To love is not to hold."
If I was one of the characters in the story, I'd like to be the friar, and I'll suggest them to keep the love in their hearts and go on with their lives. Since I believe it's the best thing for both of them.
