    No matter at worldwide or domestic business, the “representatives” represent the image of that products/service which absolutely affect the consumer’ image towards such products/service.

    If you can recall the Fancl wish the change Gigi Leung as her representative during the incident of negative news with EiKin. Majority the customers feel badly with the negative image of Gigi Leung at that time and wish to join the suspension of purchase of Fancl. Wit this example, we can see the tremendous influence of selecting the unsuitable representative.
