A=40000-10000-5000=25000

R=25000/a(3,0.05)=25000/[1-(1+0.05)^-3/0.05]=9180.214

基本上都係用R=A/a(n,i) 去計每期俾幾多錢﹐然後再做一個上面的表慢慢計

不過有時題目會直接問你某期的outstanding principal 是多少﹐個0的要另外用式做

=40,000+10,000+250

=50250
