is that correct?

Secondly, there are no emergency procedures, because each of condition and people of involvement are different. The staffs need to base on pervious experience and own knowledge to handle it. If the thing is very dangerous, the staff should tell the manager to handle it. I think it is quite bad to their staffs and public media, because the staffs can not know how to do in a highly serious or specific thing. Therefore, they can do wrong actions cause the company's lost.

Secondly, there are no emergency procedures, because each situation and people who are involve in the situation are different. The staffs needs to handle it base on their experiences and knowledge. If the situation is very dangerous, the staff should advice their supervisor. I think it is quite bad to the staffs and to the public media, because they do not know how to react in a highly serious situation. Therefore, they can react in a wrong way and cause company's losses.

I'm not too sure what you want to say in these sentences : "I think it is quite bad to their staffs and public media, because the staffs can not know how to do in a highly serious or specific thing. Therefore, they can do wrong actions cause the company's lost. "
