Banks have complicated the interest calculation of loan. Some claimed no interest charged but there are handling fee and some imposed 1% insurance charge upfront. I suggest you to use simply calculation by using
(total amount to be paid - borrowing amount)/borrowing amount
to work out the actual additional fee/interest charge of your loan per annual.
My recent research find (Hang Seng Bank & Citibank) that the rate (using the methodology mentioned above) is around 5.xx %, you can use it as reference. The advertisement of Wing Hang claimed to be the lowest in the market and you can check it out.
