有沒有會做外國的魚醬

是用來燒魚或水煮的魚用

好像是有香料的沙拉醬

是冷的醬

如果有熱的也可以寫給我

    TARTARE SAUCE:-

    1 Tablespoon Capers 切碎,

    1 Tablespoon finely chopped Dill Pickles 切碎,

    (If you cannot find Dill Pickles just use Pickles)

    1 Tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Parsley,

    250 ml (8 fl oz/ 1 cup) Mayonnaise(可以用卡夫白汁),

    1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

    Salt and Black Pepper

    First in a bowl stir the Capers, Pickles and Parsley into the Mayonnaise慢慢加入材料.

    Stir in lemon juice.

    Adjust the flavour if necessary, with salt and Black pepper, or more lemon juice.

    Serve cold

    (Note : Store for up to 1 week only in a well sealed container in the refrigerator.)
