    報章上有甚多清拆的承建商廣告,你致電查詢,但有一點你必須

    注意:找任何一承建商都好,在動工前必須要他們出示保險單.

    包勞工保險和第三責任保險的單據,此點極為重要.

    Always Buildings Department will be enforced those unauthorized building works under Building Ordinance (Ch 123), section 24c issue a warning notice to the owner. The warning notice will be registered to the 土地註冊署 after 60 days if those unauthorized building works remain. But Buildings Department will be prosecuted those unauthorized building works since they are classified low pority.
